Charelle Rosado, Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson’s Fiancée, Admits to Cheating While Still Married

Charelle Rosado, star of “Selling Tampa” and fiancée to former NFL wide receiver Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, shocked fans with a candid confession on her podcast, “Humble Baddies.” In the debut episode, uploaded to YouTube on August 26, Rosado, 33, admitted she began her relationship with Johnson while still legally married to her first husband.

She explained that, although she was still in her marriage, she had mentally checked out and formed an emotional and physical connection with Johnson before her previous relationship officially ended.

Rosado reflected on her choices, saying she regretted not ending her marriage before starting something new. “I felt like it was wrong because I should have ended that relationship fully,” she shared.

“I was younger and focused on myself, trying to get through everything I was going through. I can’t go back and change it.”

The confession quickly spread on social media after TikTok influencer Avan Plumber shared a segment from the podcast.

Rosado, a mother of three, also revealed that her infidelity complicated her co-parenting relationship with her ex-husband, making communication strained. She served in the Army for 13 years and lost a track scholarship due to her first pregnancy in high school.

Her youngest child, Serenity, was born in January 2022 and is Johnson’s daughter—his ninth child. Rosado has another child from her previous marriage, but keeps her ex-husband’s identity private. She also admitted in a recent podcast episode that he had an affair with one of her old friends, further complicating their relationship.

Rumors about trouble between Rosado and Johnson surfaced after a June “Nightcap” episode with Shannon Sharpe, where the couple joked about disagreements and time apart. Johnson commented on how Rosado, as the breadwinner, sometimes “talks to me any kind of way,” while Rosado insisted he was “in the doghouse.” Despite these public spats, both emphasized their commitment to each other and their family, saying that love and faith help them overcome challenges.
