Blueface and his father, Jonathan Porter Sr., had social media in a frenzy on Monday (April 21) over some family matters!

Jonathan went viral after recording himself packing belongings that Chrisean Rock kept at Blue’s Los Angeles home.

The rapper has yet to comment on his alleged instructions directly, but his mother, Karlissa Saffold, had PLENTY to say!

She cleared up why Porter decided to record the packing process and hinted at his thoughts on her new romance!

Before the family drama popped off, Karlissa also seemed to turn a page with her son’s co-parents, Chrisean and Jaidyn Alexis. We’ll get into THAT, too.

As previously reported, Blueface claimed last fall that he’d be home by summertime, and with the season around the corner, his dad stepped in to get his home ready. Packing Chrisean Rock’s belongings was part of that process.

Per his son’s instructions, Jonathan Porter Sr. not only packed Rock’s clothes, shoes, and even family photos, but also recorded himself doing so. After the internet started cuttin’ up over the recording, Karlissa Saffold stepped in to clear her son’s name.

Karlissa is not one to stay quiet about matters concerning Blueface, and his children’s mothers, Chrisean Rock and Jaidyn Alexis. The same energy was applied on Monday when she weighed in on her ex-man giving their son a helping hand with the welcome home process.

In several posts on Monday, which Karlissa has since deleted, she confirmed that her son booted Chrisean Rock’s things from his home. One deleted feed post was a screenshot of comments discussing the property removal.

In her caption, Karlissa explained that Blueface is hurt after Rock “dumped” him in jail. She also said this year will be transformative for her son. She claimed he’ll be home in time for the holidays and blessed with family love.

“The thing y’all don’t realize is that he has everything God promised him if he don’t do nothing else. He has his parents, beautiful children, a business, a home and a life.

This year he will gave his entire family and friends over for the holidays eating good, playing games, laughing and talking about old times…2025 is a year of deep healing for us. I hope you stay tuned for God’s plan.”

In a second post, which is no longer available on her IG feed, Karlissa clarified that recording the packing process was not Blueface’s idea. Instead, she claimed that Jonathan Porter Sr. made that move to protect himself from allegations of theft or damage.

“Jonathan did not tell his father to record sh*t. His father probably recorded so he don’t get blamed for someone saying he threw it out being weird to her. WTF would my son want it recorded? Are y’all cool,” Karlissa wrote in the post.

In the caption, she claimed Blueface found out about the recording on Monday morning. “He has asked us to respect her and show nothing but the love we show for him,” Saffold added.

Karlissa Saffold also shared the two posts described above on IG Stories. However, she clarified a few points about her son’s love life before that. Karlissa wrote: “I know that wasn’t easy Big John that’s why we have to stop falling in love with our son’s girlfriends until they chose a wife. 2025 is the year of healing.”

In a second and third IG Stories post, Saffold claimed Blueface is NOT jealous of Chrisean Rock’s new love interest. As previously reported, Rock has been boo’ed up with Tytan Newton. The two have been romantically linked since early April when a viral video showed them lip-locking in the backseat of a car.

“Because now we have to respect her new man’s family and their relationship. It’s hard being a parent to adult children when you close in they life,” Karlissa Saffold said. Adding, “And don’t y’all start with, he jealous or none of that weird stuff.

Because he asked us to do it very respectful. His [dad] packed everything nice and neat. Please don’t start that. It’s a new year and he respects her new relationship. Y’all all need to go heal with us all of 2025.”

In a video on IG Stories, Saffold credited Jonathan Porter Sr. for trying to “do the right thing” and “doing it nicely” so Blueface’s parents wouldn’t be blamed or pitted against Chrisean Rock. “…

[My son] wants this to be a peaceful transition so he could be the best single daddy he could be,” Saffold said. However, that backfired in her eyes, especially given Rock’s response to the incident.

“They still mad at you, they still don’t f*ck with you now. See, you can’t win with them, you can’t do anything nicely or gently for them. Now you got threats…see tried to tell you.” 

Days before the packed property drama, on April 18, Karlissa dedicated a gratitude post to Blueface. At the time, he had changed his IG profile picture to a photo of her. She took a screenshot of the profile change and mentioned Chrisean Rock and Jaidyn Alexis in her caption.

“I am humbly grateful and honored. I love my son and I respect his BMs and want nothing but peace surrounding them and their children, and will promote that no matter where we go,” Karlissa pledged. “I apologize for anything we have done to disrespect or cause any headache during this critical time. To God be the glory🙏🏾”

What Did Chrisean Rock Say About Her Packed Belongings? 

Like Karlissa Saffold, Chrisean Rock peeped the video of Jonathan Sr. packing her belongings. She addressed the issue during a livestream with fans. Rock claimed she hadn’t been to L.A. to clear her things and thanked Porter for handling it.

Before that, though, she seemed to send a threat to no one specific, saying: “Everybody needs to take a deep breath before they take their last breath.” Note that Karlissa reposted the video of Rock making that comment and shared it to her IG Stories with the caption, “This is a violation of probation.” 

Ultimately, she commented on Blueface involving Chrisean Jesus’ grandparents in their beef. “…I don’t know why they be including the grandparents like let grandparents be grandparents, you don’t gotta do all that stuff. Thanks for packing my stuff up, that’s okay,” the reality TV star said.

Meanwhile, Jonathan Porter Sr. has not reacted to the backlash, Karlissa Saffold, or Chrisean Rock. Instead, on Monday, he followed up with a second video showing the completed packing process and empty rooms.
