The quarterfinals of the College Football Playoffs continue today, and you guys can talk about the games here in our open thread. Also, let us know some of your favorite prospects playing that you’d like to see land with the Chicago Bears.

Last night, the (6) Penn State Nittany Lions advanced in the Fiesta Bowl by beating the (3) Boise State Broncos, 31 to 14.

Here’s today’s slate of games, all times Central, and all on ESPN.

• Peach Bowl: (5) Texas Longhorns vs (4) Arizona State Sun Devils – 12:00 PM
• Rose Bowl: (8) Ohio State Buckeyes vs (1) Oregon Ducks – 4:00 PM
• Sugar Bowl: (7) Notre Dame Fighting Irish vs (2) Georgia Bulldogs – 7:45 PM (Moved to Thursday, Jan 2)

The Sugar Bowl has been postponed until tomorrow as law enforcement officials investigate the area following this morning’s terrorist attack on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Some players who could be in play for the Bears in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft are Texas OT Kelvin Banks Jr., Oregon OT Josh Conerly Jr., and Georgia defensive end Mykel Williams.
